I found this inside the University of Tsukuba, Agriculture Department perimeter. Honestly, I do not know if it is a flower or grass, but its location is so admirable - It is standing amidst its thin fellows, waiting to be trampled or whipped by the winds.

Surveillance Camera, Mito City, Japan

On December 16, 2008, I went to Mito City for the renewal of our visa and while waiting for my turn, I decided to have a walk at the Mito City JR Station plaza. Nearby, I found this mini garden above the station ground and it has a Surveillance camera installed.

NYFD Trinoma Experience

One fine day when the family decided to visit Trinoma mall and headed to NYFD for a small pack of fried potato. We were actually going to watch the movie Dragonball Evolution and my wife and son suddenly felt like eating french fries. Anyway, so back to the story, I was about to pay for the 3 packs of fried potato to the NYFD cashier and when the counter opened the drawer where they store their special dips in small plastic containers, my keen eyes suddenly saw a small cockroach creeping fast at the side of the chest, looking for another dark corner to hide. Yikes! I told to my self. What was that? Was it really a cockroach? It was really disgusting knowing the quality of name and establishments at Trinoma.

When would people learn to safeguard the food they sell to the public especially in high class of sort malls like Trinoma? So guys, next time you decide to buy your refreshments, think twice about going to NYFD. But it's your choice really or you can just confront the people manning the store and tell them about this story. This is in no way a post that is intended to propagate bad things about NYFD but heck, who would want to eat food with living cockroaches on the same container or storage?

Here is a photo I took during the incident. I took garlic parmesan and cheese dips but due to what had happened, we decided not to engage with it. Better be safe than sorry later.

This is a set of Lavenders that I found in the botanical, once again inside the Tsukuba University. See how the petals strongly holding by its stem - they look very pleasant to the eyes. If you are a lover of Lavenders, you would probably end up staring at these petals all day long.

This is a photo of a little girl who managed to climbed up to van's rooftop by herself alone. I thought somebody was down there at the back of the van watching out for her but when I checked out, only her 5 years old sibling and his friend of about the same age were present. Good thing I went to check out early or something bad might have happened.
